Medicova is committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for courses, bundles, or other purchases made on our platform.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below. If you have questions, please contact our support team before completing your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and the time since purchase:

  • Course purchases: Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Bundle purchases: Same eligibility as individual courses within the bundle; partial refunds may apply if only some courses have been accessed.
  • Subscription or recurring payments: Cancellation stops future charges; refunds for the current period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases: Subject to the same eligibility rules unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  • Log in to your Medicova account and go to your purchases or order history.
  • Select the course or order for which you want a refund and click “Request refund” or contact support.
  • Provide a brief reason for your request (optional but helpful).
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days.

Refunds, when approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Situations

We generally cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You have completed more than 20% of the course or consumed a significant portion of the content.
  • The refund request is made after the eligible period (e.g., after 14 days).
  • The purchase was made with a coupon or credit that explicitly stated “no refunds”.
  • Abuse or repeated refund requests that do not align with this policy.
