Business Models: Understanding common business models and determining which is most appropriate for a specific venture.
Financing Sources: Exploring various funding avenues including "the 3 F’s" (Friends, Family, and Fools), Bootstrapping, Angel Investors, and Venture Capital.
Legal Issues: Essential knowledge on Intellectual Property (Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks), "hidden" tax traps, and general legal advice for entrepreneurs.
Presentation Skills: The "art of the pitch"—learning how to position and present your venture idea effectively to partners and investors.
