CPHQ course price — what you actually pay
Becoming a CPHQ has two costs: your preparation course and the exam fee. Medicova CPHQ courses cost from 1,700 to 6,500 EGP, paid once for 12 months of access.
The exam fee is paid separately to NAHQ: US$799 for non-members, US$559 for NAHQ members and US$400 for premium members (NAHQ apply page, 2026 — check nahq.org for the latest).
Your prep course is a separate, one-time cost. Medicova CPHQ courses are a fraction of the exam fee and give you 12 months of access.

What is the CPHQ exam format?+–
The CPHQ exam has 140 multiple-choice questions (125 scored), lasts 3 hours, and uses a passing score of 600 on a 200–800 scale. You can sit it at a PSI test centre or online with a remote proctor.
